What exactly is meant by "heat-not-burn"?
It's a technology that heats the tobacco, but doesn't burn it.
As a result, the best flavor is extracted from the tobacco.
The tobacco sticks, which we call neo sticks*, are inserted into the glo™ Tobacco Heater and heated up to 270°C.
Thanks to "Heat-not-Burn" nicotine and other compounds are released forming an aerosol completely without ash and less smoke odor.
The resulting aerosol can then be inhaled by pulling the neo™ stick and inhaling.
- for Standard mode, press and hold Strandard button for 3 seconds.
- for Boost mode, press and hold the Boost button for 3 seconds.
The device will vibrate to indicate the session start.
The first light on the display will begin to flash as the
start-up is initiated. The device will vibrate once when
in standard mode, and twice when in boost mode.
4 The start-up procedure is completed when all lights
on the outside of the display are illuminated (20 seconds for Standard mode and 15 seconds for Boost mode).
The next vibration means the neo™ stick has warmed up and you can start using it.
5 Place the neo™ stick to your lips and inhale gently, just
like a regular cigarette. The lights will turn on to indicate session progress.When there is 10 seconds left of the session the device will vibrate and the LED display will pulse.
You may stop your session at any point by holding down any button for 3 seconds. The glo™ tobacco heater will gently vibrate to let you know it’s turning off.
6 After the session is over, the device will turn off automatically.
Remember that it is not possible to pause the session. The heated neo™ stick must be replaced with a new one to start a new session.
7 Remove the neo™ stick by pulling on the filter. Be careful - it may be hot.
NOTE: when using the device, leave the neo™ stick in the device.
HOW TO CLEAN YOUR gloTM X2 DEVICE?
Before cleaning, leave the device to cool down at least 5 minutes.
It is recommended to clean it ever 20 sessions.
Warning: hitting or shaking the glo™ HYPER X2 tobacco heater to remove debris may damage it.
1 To clean the device, use the special brush included in the kit
2 Open the top and bottom flaps of the glo™ heater.
3 For best results, clean the machine from both sides.
4 If condensation forms at the opening on the bottom of the device, wipe it off with a tissue or cloth.
